Q: Can I buy products from your company?

A: We do not sell to individuals or companies directly. We only sell to importers or distributors. For end users, we pass the enquiries to the most nearby distributors who can offer our products or related service.

Q: How & where can I find the products of your company?

A: Clients can email or call to get distributors detail in that particular area, or mail the model required.

Q: What is the minimum order quantity required?

A: Our minimum order will be based on the style of key chain, additional handling charges will be required for LCL shipment. We do not accept order amount less than USD $ 100.

Q: How can I buy a sample for testing? How much will it be charged?

A: For the new customer, we can provide samples for trial, we quote the samples based on Ex-work which the forwarder needs to collect from our factory or door to door service which will include all transportation & freight charges to the customer's office.
